Best Poster Prize - Sponsored by Edward Elgar

The Society of Legal Scholars will this year offer a prize for the best poster presented at the Annual Conference.

The Prize:

The SLS Prize consists of a monetary award of £250.00.

A final version of the prize-winning poster will be published on the Society’s website.

Eligibility:

The prize is open only to fully paid-up members of the Society.

Entry Conditions:

The Poster:

Must have been accepted by the organisers for display during the conference.

The Author(s):

Are expected to be present to answer questions about their work during the part of the Annual Conference at which their poster is displayed.

Criteria:

Originality

Contribution to scholarship

Presentation, clarity and style.

Judging:

The judges will be persons nominated by the Executive Committee of the Society.

The prize may, in the judges discretion, be shared between two or more posters.

The prize winner(s) will be announced by 31 October.

The judges reserve the right not to present the award and neither they nor the Society will enter into correspondence about their decisions.
